RESERVATION POLICY: |

Upon phone or E-mail agreement on the reservation dates, we will hold that reservation for 7 days. After 7 days, if we have not received 50% of the rent as a down payment, we will re-release those dates. Thirty days prior to the rental date we require 100% of the total (rent, tax, linens and deposit). If you don’t get the total payment to us prior to 30 days from your reserved dates, we reserve the right to release those dates and re-rent the property to someone else. If the property is re-rented, we will refund your down payment less a $100 administration fee.
