l Sat-Sat rental cycle during the peak period

l Summer Breeze -  4 pm check-in       10 am departure time

l Holly Hills -      6pm check in        12 noon departure time

l $250 refundable deposit 

l Cleaning is included in the peak-season rate

l $150 optional cleaning fee for off season

l Linens are available:

  $100 for bed linens or $150 for bed linens and towels

l Please note- Guest must be 25 years of age to rent the property
